Trisha is a writer of poetry and prose, performer, and facilitator of the word.
Although she began her career in the business world she soon began training in various therapies and spiritual practices, including Life Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, yoga, meditation, breath-work, resilience, and strategic storytelling.
